No, all services are booked by appointment only. This provides a safe and private space for our guest.
Yes, things happen. When that happens, we have to ensure that the time slot that was once filled can be paid for. The non-refundable deposit goes towards your final bill and is only used for services.
The studio policy is that you need 4-6 weeks of growth. This may be uncomfortable for some that like the feeling of no hair, however it is important to ensure that you have a comfortable wax experience. When the hair is too short you cannot wax the area, or all of the hair will not come up which will make the area less smooth.
To book an appointment at the studio, please book online or call our studio at 240-702-3774 to speak with our Studio Manager or Lead Esthetician.
The goal of the studio is to improve overall skin health. We want to first ensure that your skin is in the best health before administering a peel. Peels are done based on a plan. On your first appointment, its’ like our first date we have to get to know each other and I need to get to know your skin. Whether you have had peels in that past or not, peels are not administered on your first appointment at the studio.
At the studio we do our best to ensure that you have a comfortable wax experience. It is better for you and the esthetician if you wait until your time has passed. We do not encourage waxing on your cycle, and we welcome you to reschedule during this time of the month.
The truth is everyone’s pain tolerance is different. However, with our experience, top of the line waxing products, and amazing personality we help you get through this time as easily as possible. We do encourage maybe taking a Tylenol or Advil 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment.
We are so happy you chose us for your beauty needs, we welcome you. Now that your appointment is booked, please look out for your confirmation email. This email has all of the information that you will need before your appointment such as address, studio number, reschedule or cancel link, adding to calendar shortcut, and a quick review of the policies. Please read this in its entirety and we look forward to servicing you.
